I’m Kim Grytøyr. I live in Norway, where I develop all things web.
I've loved developing since I was 12 years old, and my first piece of code that resembled a program was some kind of custom boot sequence on an Amiga 500. Unfortunately I don't remember any details. I still play Amiga 500 games occasionally, like The Great Giana Sisters, Terry, Golden Axe, Ping!... I could go on and on, but you get the picture.
I still enjoy playing games, both on the computer, one of my three consoles (PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch) and of course board games. One game that I'm particularly interested in is chess. I've been interested in chess since Magnus Carlsen won his first World Championship match in 2013, and I've been an on-and-off member in the local chess club.
Today I have my own consultancy company where I develop pretty much everything web related. Frontend, backend, mobile applications and also DevOps related stuff.
I have two kids, two cats and a beautiful little puppy Standard Poodle named Kento.
